Our current corporate base rate is $70 per hour (and includes driver's gratuity) for Jaguar XJ series sedan service or 6-passenger Lincoln Town Car service.

Cutting travel hassle allows personnel to concentrate on business. You most likely already know chauffeured transportation makes good sense for key employees.

There are times when the bus just doesn't offer a convenient time, a secure location for the discussion of proprietary information, or a quiet atmosphere. Our prompt, safe, discrete, and attentive chauffeurs will stay focused on the road conditions while you focus on more important things. Or, focus on nothing at all.


    Our corporate rate is ideal for the customer who has frequent needs for the services we provide.  We currently provide two choices for the corporate client, the "accumulating discount" and the "bulk discount" method.  The two methods are explained in detail below.  Regardless of which method is right for you, we provide pick-up and drop-off service for you, your employees, clients, vendors, suppliers or VIP's either to businesses, hotels, or other destinations within the local area or to locations outside Rockford including other metropolitan areas and all surrounding airports.  You can be assured that the occupants of our vehicles will be treated in a professional manner with respect and courtesy while regarding their privacy and placing their safety as our top priority.  

    Our corporate rate includes fuel, driver gratuity, and the client's choice of our Jaguar sedan or 6 passenger limousine.  The customer is responsible for any tolls, parking, or airport fees or other costs incurred by the operator.  The corporate rate is available Monday through Friday and between the hours of 7 AM to 7 PM.  There is a two hour minimum booking per run.  Contracts are booked in half hour increments only.  Please review the full corporate rate policies below.

Accumulating Discount

    The "accumulating discount" method of contracting service is for the client that wishes to pay for service one event at a time.  There are many reasons for this rationale.  Your immediate needs may not justify the purchase of a large block of time, the frequency of travel may have declined, or perhaps you would like to make sure we accurately represent the quality of service we portray before committing to an extended contract.  Our corporate "accumulating discount" rate is a sliding scale of reduced rates.  Our current base rate is $60 per hour (and includes driver's gratuity) for sedan or SUV service.  The first discount is reached after the run in which 10 hours of service has been obtained.  There will be a $1 per hour discount below the base rate until after the run in which 20 hours of service has been obtained.  Then the discount will increase by another $1.  This pattern is repeated until a $10 per hour maximum discount has been obtained.  The chart below illustrates the discount.  The base rate is subject to change at any time and the discount is subtracted from the modified base rate.  Payment must be paid in full prior to service or, with your permission, a credit card number must be kept on file.  Only representatives your company authorizes may be allowed to place reservations for service.

After three months of inactivity past the last service date, 10 hours will be deducted from your corporate total hours.  The deduction will apply regardless of how many hours have been accumulated, but the total will never drop below zero.  For those clients who have over 100 hours, once the number of hours falls below 100, the discount will be reduced according to the chart above.  Your invoice will reflect the hours earned prior to service and the hours accumulated after service. 


Bulk Discount

    Our corporate prepaid "bulk discount" rate is a reduced rate for all hours purchased based on the total number of hours purchased.  Hours can only be purchased in multiples of ten.  The discount is applied to the current base rate.  Stated another way, if only 10 hours are purchased, there is no accompanying discount.  If 20 hours are purchased, each hour has a $2 discount.  If 30 hours are purchased, each hour has a $3 discount.  The maximum discount available is $10 per hour.  There is no maximum to the number of hours that may be purchased.  The hours do not expire and the funds are non-refundable.  Prepaid hours are not subject to additional costs directly due to the base rate increasing.  Only representatives that your company authorizes may be allowed to place reservations for service.

The payment terms for the prepaid bulk discount are as follows.  Fifty percent (50%) of the total cost is due prior to service.  The balance is to be paid, prior to the next service, after using 25 percent of the purchased hours.

Corporate Rate Policies.

Our corporate rate includes fuel, driver gratuity, and the client's choice of any available import sedan.  The customer is responsible for any tolls, parking, or airport fees or other costs incurred by the operator.  These will be deducted from the prepaid hours purchased and will be shown as a partial hour deduction based on the rate at which hours were contracted.  Alternatively, these will be included in the invoice for payments made at the time of service.

There is a two hour minimum booking per run.  The purchased hours will be used in half hour increments only, but service can start on quarter hours if desired. 

Bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to service to guarantee availability.  We are not held responsible for not being able to provide service with less than 24 hours notice and will in no way be considered in breach of contract.  Those bookings that have less than 24 hours notice that we are able to fulfill will incur a half hour charge in excess of actual run time.

When dropping off or picking up a customer, the full corporate rate is charged for the time that the vehicle is traveling without a passenger.   The leg of the journey where a pick-up or drop-off occurs in Rockford or Loves Park will not occur a travel time.  The travel time will apply when the pick-up or drop-off is outside our Rockford perimeter.

Our standard corporate hours are Monday through Friday between the hours of 7 AM and 7 PM.  The choice to provide service outside the standard corporate hours is at the full discretion of Black Tie Livery Corporation and the refusal to provide service outside those times will in no way be considered a breach of contract.  For corporate rate users who are permitted service outside the standard corporate hours, or for service that extends beyond those times, the hourly rate charged will have a 1.25 multiplier applied to those hours beyond the standard corporate hours.  This means that if a customer is driven from Rockford to downtown Chicago starting at 5 PM, and they did not arrive at their destination until 7 PM, then the return drive would be another two hours outside the standard corporate hours.  Those two hours for the return, whether the vehicle has a passenger or not, will be billed at 2 hours x 1.25, or 2.5 hours.

Waiting Time: The client is charged starting from the time that the vehicle is requested (plus any travel time if outside Rockford perimeter), not starting from the time the vehicle is entered.  If a pick-up is scheduled for noon, but the client is delayed, we start charging at noon, not when the client becomes available.

Overtime: If service is not finished prior to the stated completion time, the time beyond will be charged at the standard rate as long as time has not gone beyond the standard corporate hours.  There will not be a multiplier penalty imposed.
