The Silver level is obtained with the minimum purchase of 100 Bulk Discount hours. 

• Corporate customers who hold the Silver level will receive a 5% discount on the "service portion" of other contracts with our company.  The contract may be for other vehicles or for times outside our standard corporate hours.  The "service portion" refers to the base quoted price, but does not include fees, gratuity, tolls, or parking fees unless specified.  The number of 5% discount hours used cannot exceed the number of Bulk Discount hours purchased.  The 5% discount expires when the Bulk Discount hours are completed, regardless of how many discount hours were used.  Additionally, the 5% discount will only be applied when the contract is requested by an authorized corporate representative.  Payment is the responsibility of the corporate client even if the booking is on behalf of another party.  Direct payment from the corporate client is preferred.  Alternatively, we may convert the payment into a number of hours based on the clients individual discounted rate and subtract those hours from the balance of the Bulk Discount hours.  

The Gold level is obtained with the minimum purchase of 500 Bulk Discount hours. Corporate customers will receive the benefits of the Silver level in addition to the following.  

• The Gold level customer will be allowed to designate their primary vehicle based on a list provided by our company at the time of contracting.  The primary vehicle chosen will always be available to the customer as long as 18 hours of advanced notice are given.  The list will feature vehicles common to the livery industry such as the Lincoln Town Car Signature L Series, the Chrysler 300 Executive Series, the Lincoln Navigator L in either a 7- or 8- passenger configuration, or others and will have optional colors to include black, white, silver, or gray.  We anticipate the list we provide may include a vehicle not currently in the fleet, but one that would be a welcome addition.  

• The Gold corporate hours are expanded to 5 AM to 9 PM (Monday through Friday) and include 6 AM to 12 PM (noon) on Saturday and Sunday.   These hours are an enhancement over the 7 AM to 7 PM (Monday through Friday) standard corporate hours.  

• Each Gold level corporate client will have one late notice fee per calendar week waived.  

The Platinum level is obtained with the minimum purchase of 1000 Bulk Discount hours. Corporate customers will receive the benefits of the Gold level in addition to the following.  

• The minimum hourly charge per contract will be reduced to 1.5 hours.  

• Each Platinum level corporate client will have two late notice fees per calendar week waived.  

• The Platinum corporate hours are 24 hours per day, weekdays and weekends.  This effectively eliminates the 1.25 multiplier for hours of use outside the standard and Gold corporate hours.
