Your service will include one of our professional chauffeurs dressed in a suit, red carpet service if desired, complementary chilled water and soft drinks, and a well-appointed vehicle loaded with features to make your travel comfortable and enjoyable. Our red carpet rolled out along the side of your vehicle of choice adds an extra element of style to prom pictures!

Basic Rules: Clients are not charged any mileage fee. All prices are based on local pick-up and drop-off locations (Rockford/Loves Park area). Service requiring additional travel time will be charged from our garage until the return to our garage based on Yahoo.com travel times. All rates are for pre-booked consecutive hours. If a split session is requested please add price for second part of split as if a new run was to take place. Some exceptions possible with prior approval from company president. One and two hour rates, split runs and other unusual requests are at our discretion, but once accepted and agreed upon by Black Tie Livery Corporation (BTLC) and the client, the times requested will be honored by (BTLC). Unscheduled overtime will be charged at the rate of 1.5 times the additional hour pre-booked rate.

Prom Requirements: Contract must be signed by person 18 years of age or older. No reservations honored without a 50% non-refundable down payment. We accept Cash, Check, & Credit Cards. Multiple checks from more than one party are not accepted. Reservations based on a first come, first served basis. No refunds and balance of unpaid amounts must be paid even if client cancels. Balance to be paid two weeks before prom along with a list of names and phone numbers of all riders. No alcohol is permitted. Privacy divider must be kept in lowered position at all times. We reserve the right to inspect all packages, bags, purses, etc. All items must be placed in trunk of vehicles until arrival at final destination. All vehicles are NON-SMOKING. Any alcohol or narcotics possession or use or tobacco use by any occupant will be grounds for immediate termination of service for all occupants without refund.
