How did you hear about our service?
We enjoy the opportunity to serve our customers and appreciate the word-of-mouth advertising we receive from our satisfied clients.
Now we offer an incentive for customers to spread the word about our service. For every new customer that schedules service with us, we will give the referring party a credit of $10 toward future service with us. When new customers are inquiring about a reservation, we will ask "How did you hear about our service?" If the new customer gives your name and information at that time, the credit toward future service is yours. You may also send us an email or give us a call to alert us about an associate of yours that may be contacting us soon for reservation information. We will not accept calls or emails for referral credit after a new customer's initial contact. Use this email address to alert us about an associate you have referred to us. Or call 815-484-9346 to inform us that you are sending an interested person our way.
Credit will only be eligible when the referred party schedules
service and fulfills the contract.
The credit will be applied after the balance on the contract has been paid in
full.
Referral credit may not be used for the event that the referring party is
booking.
Credit is only for referring new customers. Past or existing customers, or
members of the same household are not eligible for "new customer"
status.
There is no limit to the amount of referral credit a customer
may accumulate.
The referral credit may only be applied to contracts billed to the person or
household that earned the credit.
Referral credit from multiple households may not be combined on one contract.
Credit from feedback reviews may be combined with referral credit.
Can referral credit be earned by someone who has not yet used
our service?
While the intention of the credit is to reward customers who have experienced
our service first-hand, we feel that if someone is willing to promote our
service, they should also be eligible for referral credit. Some of these
people are friends and neighbors of our staff who make casual acquaintances and
inform new customers of the features our company has to offer. We do not
endorse active and aggressive solicitation solely for the purpose of generating
referrals. Our intention is for others to make their friends and relatives
aware of our service if those people are entertaining thoughts of using
chauffeured service.
